I am 5'1 and weight 130lbs..I am looking to have fat injected into my butt and hip area. For the most part I am petite, but I carry most of my weight in my stomach and back area. Would fat have to be taken from my inner thighs if I want bigger hips, because I would like for my thighs to remain the same size. I am small in frame, but trying to gain more weight. Is it possible to get the look I want in both areas with my weight, and how much more weight is suggested I gain to achieve the results.

Here in Florida, the limit is actually only 4 litres of "floating fat" which can be removed as an outpatient, or just a mere 1 litre if the liposuction is combined with another procedure. But for most people, a 4 litre liposuction gives a pretty dramatic result.
I don't think it makes much difference how soon you decide to loose weight but would wait at least 3 weeks to recover from your surgery.As you loose weight, your fat transfer will theoretically also shrink proportionately in volume. There is not set answer about the amount...
