what would cause a lump on the lower right side of your belly and a tugging feeling at your belly button after having tummy tuck?I dont have a pic but it is the size of your palm.It has been five years and i had a baby after it was done.

Abdominal Wall "tugging"?

Tugging on Navel five years after a Tummy Tuck followed by Pregnancy

Your question is impossible to answer without a physical examination. It is safe to assume tt your pregnancy undid some to much of the gains made by the Tummy Tuck. Recent "tugging" on the belly button could be the result of scarring or even a new intaabdomnal process and needs to be fully evaluated by your Plastc urge on or a general surgeon.
