My lower lip started to turn bluish, worse at times, at the end of my pregnancy. After the birth of my baby, this did not resolve. It has worsened and now I can see that the superficial veins extending from my oral comissures down to the neck are more visible. I have a normal reading on pulse oximetry. What could be causing this? Should I be worried?
