Folliculitis is not a basis for tummy tuck coverage
Folliculitis will not get your tummy tuck covered by insurance. Check your insurance criteria on-line. The degree of dermatologic problems that will cause an insurer to consider coverage would be such that you have failed IV antibiotic treatment and have open skin wounds. Insurance companies are very astute when it comes to denying surgeries as cosmetic!

Typically no, they will not consider that an appropriate treatment. But until you see a surgeon who sends an authorization request, you will not know for sure.
