i have a cartilage graft on my left nostril.can this be dissolved w an injection by my doctor? what type of injection?or do i need yet another revision?I cant breath from my left nostril. my nostil are very uneven. it is causing my left nostril to pull upwards which is exposing my columella on my left side. My right side looks good, no columella exposed. the shape of my nostrils are different also.Can anything be done without general anesthesia or surgery?upturned nose,nostils overly exposed

Honeslty you should seek a second and third opinion. From your pics there are several problems:
1)You have what appears an inverted V deformity at the cartilagenous - bony junction.
2) Left nasal - septal deviation - possibly from your cartilage graft or just a bad deviation....
In the picture you submitted there is uneven nostrils, nasal asymmetry and deviation of your nose. There is also more flare of the left alar rim with a scar in the left nasal base. I feel you need more than simply trying to dissolve cartilage because this will not correct all of your...
Usually if fascia grafts are taken from the scalp, the scar heals very well. As for the ear they can be acmouflaged quite nicely. If they are taken from the back of the ear, you will not be able to see the scar without a mirror, and even if taken anteriorly form the ear, the scar often heals...
