I'm exactly 1 week post op of my anchor breast lift without implants. I got the gauze on my nipple taken off by my doctor today (Tuesday). It wasn't until I got to the RH I realized that my nipples looked discolored.

That's a good question. When you close a skin opening that has been present for several hours or happens as a result of minor skin cell death, it will usually get infected so we get better and safer results by allowing what we call closure by secondary intent, or delayed healing.
Hair coloring and your breast lift are two separate things and will not have anything in common. One month after surgery your incisions should be completely closed and on their way to healing. Hopefully your hair color is going on your head and not on the incisions. If so, it should be...
