My son is 12 years old and has an Overjet of 11 mm and an Overbite of 4mm. His mandibula incisors reach the gumline of the max incisors. It was recommended to extract 2 max premolars and move back the max front with classical braces max and mand. Would it be possible to get the same result with Invisagline? we have one Orthodontist who does only braces and one who works with Invisagline, both visiting once a month. I would like to get some more opinions pro and cons.
