Breast Implant Revision - Implants Are Puckering 4 Months Post Op- How To Fix This?
It's hard to make an assessment without seeing photos or being able to examine you - puckering is generally due to the type of implant (more common with saline than silicone), the location of the implant (more visible above the muscle than below) and the type of skin you have (more common with thinner skin than thicker skin). There are other potential contributing factors but those would be the primary things to consider. Addressing the issue may be as simple as switching...

Rippling after Breast Augmentation Surgery
Thank you for your question.
Without more information and/or photos, it is difficult to give you good advice. If you are experiencing rippling, it may be due to multiple factors.
Saline vs. Silicone gel implants (silicone gel usually provides better results in regards to rippling)
Breast Implants over the muscle or under the muscle (under the muscle reduces rippling).

Solutions for rippling
This is probably due to soft tissue failure, or insufficient
soft tissue to adequately cover the implant.
Placing soft tissue back in the breast makes sense.
Fat transplantation shows great promise here.

Breast implants are puckering
All implants may produce a ripple, and the show through will depend on the breast coverage, and the implant type. The least ripple is seen in a submuscular smooth silicone breast implant. We suggest an optimal implant and augmentation rather than a lift to solve the issue.

It depends..
I am assuming that you are referring to rippling. The fix depends on multiple factors: 1. Do you have saline or silicone, textured or smooth? If saline are the implants filled appropriately? 2. Are you above or below the muscle? 3. Are you thin? 4. Has the pocket changed? The good news is that it is likely that the result can be improved. Generally speaking, the least amount of rippling is noted with submuscular, smooth walled silicone implants. Good Luck!
