Does Carboxy Therapy Help Tighten the Jawline?

I've read about Carboxy therapy through the company Rio Blush and would like to learn more about its affects on tightening the skin. Is it more dramatic than ultherapy and what results could one expect? Has it been around for years and who is the manufacturer? I'd appreciate any information on this. I will be living in the Middle East where I have seen this advertised.
