A Jessner peel is unlikely to leave permanent capillaries.
You may have some redness following you Jessner peel. It is unlikely that you would get permanent capillaries caused by a Jessner peel. If you had photos taken before the peel, they may have already been present and now a a bit more visible with the post inflammatory erythema following the peel. Check back with your doctor for advice.
