Is There An Increase In Stomach Cancers For People Who Receive Gastric Bypass?

I had roux en Y gastric bypass about 4 years ago, I have two questions. 1. I take metformin ,lisinapril and hydrochlorthaiziade every day should these tablets by ground up for better absorbtion or can I take them whole? 2.Is there an increase in stomach cancers for people with this surgery?
