Hello Docs: I know its not ideal to get a cosmetic surgery with a persisting infection of any kind but I thought I could get rid of it before my surgery which is in 5 months. I have had a sinus infection on and off for 2 years. I have had sinus surgery and it help for a while but the infection came back. I was just on antibiotics again which helped but I can tell the infection is still there because of my headaches. I have now learn to live with this, seems like its permanent now. what can I do
