Will switching Invisalign trays harm progress?

I'm on Tray 12/40. I had to switch to Tray 12 uppers 9 days early because Tray 11 broke, my ortho told me to wear Tray 12 uppers for 9+14 days. The problem is these trays are super discolored now (I have about 6 days left with them) and I can't wear them to professional meetings, so instead of going 5hrs without trays in, I pop in Tray 13 every day and then switch back to tray 12 when I get home, is this okay? Or will it harm my dental health/treatment progress? All my trays are fitting fine so far.
