Crooked Nose or Uneven Swelling After Septo-rhinoplasty? (photo)

I had an open septo-rhinoplasty with 4 osteotomies 6 weeks ago from an ENT/maxillofacial surgeon. I also had an important septum "C" deviation on my left side. I’m really satisfied but I have some worries. 1) On the front pictures, you can notice that my nose looks crooked to the left side... Does that mean that the nose will be crooked as the swelling goes away? 2) I still have a little dorsal hump. Can it be swelling even if it feels hard? I feels like “a rock under a carpet"! Thank you !!!
Uneven swelling 6 weeks after rhinoplasty
Thank you for your question. YYour nose looks quite good in the photographs for a 6 week rhinoplasty result.See your surgeon and ask if massage of the area that bothers you will help.
6 Weeks after Rhinoplasty
If you are happy at 6 weeks after rhinoplasty, your result will likely improve with time. Rhinoplasty is about improvement and not perfection as no one has a perfect nose or result. Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA

At this time you ahve to be patient and let things heal. Swelling will take 6 months to a year. Once this has occurred your concerns if present can be addressed.
