Removable Makeup over Tatooed/Permanent Makeup

Absolutely, you can wear removable makeup over permanent. Permanent or tattooed makeup that is chosen wisely in natural shades enhance your overall look on their own for those relaxing days and are a terrific foundation for adding makeup to intensify your look when you want to look more glamorous.

Tip - Avoid black as it most often turns blue over time.

Tip - Use 2-3 shades of taupe-brown in varying intensities for brows.

Tip - eyeliner is best lighter than darker brown and done in a thin line on the upper lid only and perhaps at the outside corners on the lower lid.

Tip - Lips are best done in a natural skin shade a couple of tones darker than your own skin colour and you can also balance the shape.

Big Tip - Make sure either you or the technician draws on the exact area to be tattooed so you and they know exactly what you'll get and, if necessary, you can make adjustments beforehand and avoid costly corrective procedures.

You can certainly wear traditional cosmetics over permanent makeup to enhance or modify the color. Most permanent makeup clients prefer to use natural-looking colors for everyday. Trendy colors and styles are better suited for normal, washable makeup.
