Can Mesotherapy Treat a Loose Jaw Line?

I have little sagging jaw line and minor double chin. Does mesotherapy work for this problem?

Mesotherapy for skin sagging

Mesotherapy will not help a sagging jaw whatsoever. Choices are either non-invasive laser treatments or plastic surgery procedures to tighten the skin.
