A: Botox is very effective treating bunny lines!

Stephen A. Goldstein, MD

Botox is very effective treating bunny lines of the nose and cheek area.  It should last three to four months.  The dosage of Botox will vary somewhere between five to fifteen units, depending upon severity of the wrinkles.  Find a board certified cosmetic surgeon experienced with Botox and... more

A: Yes, but it is off-label

Julius W. Few, MD

Botox can safely relax the muscle on the side of the nose responsible for "bunny lines".  Off-label means it is not what the product was initially approved for but physicians have safely demonstrated its' use in different areas. This can be done alone or in combination with other treatments... more

Botox is a very effective treatment for "bunny lines", those wrinkles that can occur on either side of the nose. Depending on the severity of the "bunny lines", an injection or two on each side of the nose is all you'll need for great results. Results usually last 3-4 months. Hope this answer helps! A: Absolutely

Botox can absolutely improve lines in this area, but I have found that they can be a bit stubborn and may require more than one treatment in some cases. Don't be surprised if you need a repeat injection, but it should work quite nicely.

A: Bugged by Bunny Lines?

Athleo Louis Cambre, MD

Many of my patients are bothered by the "Bunny Lines" on the sides of the nose, often asking me "What's up, Doc?" with these unwanted lines. As my colleague Dr. Elmer Fudd once said, you need not "wook wike a wascawwy wabbit" anymore, now that Botox can be used to treat wrinkle... more

A: Yes, but it can also be the cause of bunny lines

"Bunny lines" are easily corrected with about 5 units of Botox. The interesting thing is that I usually see bunny lines in patients who have had a little too much Botox between their eyebrows (to correct the vertical frown lines in this area). When the muscles between the eyebrows are relaxed to much... more

A: Botox can tackle Bunny Wrinkles

Hello, Botox can certainly help lessen "bunny wrinkles" of the nose. I am glad you used the term "lessen" as well - depending on the exact location and severity of your "bunny wrinkles" it may be unwise to eliminate them entirely with Botox as adverse results to other nasal, eye or forehead muscles could... more

Hi Anon, Botox is quite effective at treating the small lines on the upper sides of the nose, or "bunny lines".  It only takes a small amount to get a great result.  Good luck and be well. Dr. P

A: Botox is excellent to eliminate Bunny Lines

David A. Dreyfuss, MD

Most people think that Botox can only help the frown lines between the brows.  But people hate the lines that come off at an angle from the eyes onto the nose, commonly known as Bunny Lines.  Those angle lines and horizontal creases on the bridge of the nose are all caused by muscle contraction... more

Botox can be used to treat bunny lines but it can also cause bunny lines. If inected correctly it not only can treat those pesky lines but also provide a lift throught out the upper glabellar area. Plan on approximately 3-6 units total in that area alone.

Botox in the bunny lines was a terrible mistake. My smile looks so goofy now I look like a cartoon character. It's been 4 weeks now and I'm still hiding out.
