Anything that can get rid of a cleft chin?
I absolutely hate my cleft chin. It looks so manly and disgusting. Is there any surgery that can permanently remove it?

Depending on the depth of the chin cleft, options include fat injections and grafts, muscle approximation and bone augmentation. Pictures would be needed to determine what may work best for you.
Yes, there are many techniques including muscle reapproximation, fat grafting, etc. This depends upon the depth of the cleft and relative involvement of the bone and whether or not the chin has good projection.
