I don't really know how to explain how my eyes are, but as you see in the picture - my right eye is smaller and makes me look like I'm looking lower down with it, while my left eye has sloppy lower eyelid. Is there anyway to "fix" this? And is there a name for it?
Answer: Eyelids Hello,In the first picture it seems like the lower lids are pulled down, causing more of the white of the eyelid to show. I would suggest consulting with an oculoplastic surgeon. There are procedures that can correct this, but you need a full orbital and ophthalmic exam first.Good Luck.

Answer: Asymmetrical eyes Thank you for writing. I'm seeing that you have more of the white of the eyes showing from the lower eyelids pulling down. The left eye appears to be bulging a little. Please consult with an Oculoplastic surgeon who will perform a thorough examination and come up with a plan. He or she may order some tests to see if there is an underlying cause for this issue. This does not constitute medical advice. Good luck.

Answer: Asymmetrical eyes Hello. Your first photo shows signs of scleral show, but it's difficult to provide detailed assessment of your eye anatomy. An in office exam with experienced surgeon will provide the best analysis of your eyes. If you have concerns about the level of your eyes in addition to the appearance of your lower lids, I recommend you see a board certified oculoplastics surgeon. Best wishes.

Answer: Correction of eyelid asymmetry From the pictures it would appear that there is a loss of tone along the eyelid margin, especially on the left. You will need to visit an experienced plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon for a complete exam. This will determine whether the problem comes from the eyelid alone, which is usually fairly easy to correct, or whether there is an abnormality in the zone that surrounds the eyeball. Best of luck.
