For the first time, I had Botox injections in my forehead area 9 weeks ago & a little top up at my follow up appointment 7 weeks ago & no side effects. The past few days I getting a tingling sensations in my forehead but mainly glabellar line area as I had a deep frown line. Down from that deep frown line on the side of my nose (top of nose wing) is tingling also. There are no marks, swelling or redness. I can see the Botox is wearing off & lines returning, could this be the wearing off process?

Botox is fabulous for the wrinkles that you described. I always recommend that my patients do not exercise for 24 hours after the procedure and remain upright for at least 4 hours after the procedure. Any negative side effects will dissipate in a few weeks to 3 months. Please keep us posted.
Botox is a fabulous injection but should not be done on the same day as the micro needling. I suggest you do the Botox the next day after the procedure to avoid any side effects. For the best results please consult a board certified dermatologist with experience with Botox.
