Compressed Cabbage for Liposuction Swelling?
Can I use compressed cabbage after Liposuction to help with the swelling? I know it may sound odd, but it worked on swollen breasts after my last child. Is there any harm in trying it after my Liposuction tomorrow?

Cabbage after liposuction
Dear Hannah
As far as I know there is no benefit of using cabbage or any other vegetable on your body to improve swelling. I do believe in compression garments for the first 4-5 days and then a lighter one such as spanx for the next month. Speak to your doctor and discuss your plan before you start with compressed cabbage or any other home remedy.

Discuss cabbage Rx of swelling with your surgeon
There is no harm in doing this but it makes no scientific sense. However, there are many "home" remedies that prove to be valid when the science is worked out.
Before undertaking any intervention that has not been prescribed, discuss it with your surgeon who may have strong feelings advising you not to perform this.
