Hi ... I've never been happy with how my butt looks , so I'm thinking of a BBL, but I think Im probably too skinny ...btw I had a TT almost 4 months ago and also a BL/BA like a month ago .... I'm 5'6 118lbs Just want to know if there is any hope for me on giving my butt a lil more of a round look ? Thank you
Answer: Am I too skinny for BBL? In the last two weeks, I have performed this surgery on three patients of a similar height and weight, but a physical exam will be necessary to determine your suitability as a candidate. I perform about 500 Brazilian buttlifts each year, and this procedure is the most surgeon dependent plastic surgery procedure. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results. Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA

CONTACT NOW Answer: Am I too skinny for BBL? (photo) Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with moderate BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, thighs, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)

Answer: Weight gain before fat transfer Based on your photos and your history of a tummy tuck, you would need to gain weight in order to have a good outcome with a fat transfer procedure. A consultation with an experienced surgeon would confirm this however. I would estimate you would need to gain about ten pounds.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno

Answer: Am I too skinny for BBL? (photo) It is difficult to determine whether you would have enough fat for a BBL with only the photos that you posted. Additionally, an in office exam would be the most accurate assessment of your body fat. I recommend that you schedule a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who performs this surgery on a regular basis and be evaluated. I have successfully performed BBL on patients who have been told by other physicians that they do not have enough fat for the procedure, so it really depends on what you are looking for, and how much harvestable fat that you have. Good Luck!
