How Often Can C02 Dot SmartXide Laser Resurfacing Be Repeated?

I have light skin (red hair/brown eyes always burn or freckle) and have just had C02 smartxide laser treatment to my face, neck and chest done by a Plastic Surgeon. How often should I plan to repeat the procedure to maintain results? I live in San Diego and my job involves driving from place to place all day. I have window tinting on my car windows and wear sunscreen.

Repeat treatments can improve and maintain results when done well.

Fractional CO2 treatments such as SmartXide can produce very nice improvement to sun damaged skin. The treatment initiates a repair and remodeling process that continues for a few months. In most instances, additional treatments are recommended after at least 4 weeks. Continue to use sunscreen even with your tinted windows! Dr. Mosher
