I Have Had 3 C-sections and Have No Abdominal Muscle Whatsoever (According to my Doctor). Is A TT For Me?

I have had 3 hernia surgeries. I now have another hernia. Can a tummy tuck repair my muscle wall so that I don't get another hernia?
