I'm getting buttocks implants and i was wondering if i got them on top of the muscle would that be better then under the muscle and whats the major difference between the two.

Buttock Implant

The best method to enhance a buttock is fat transfer (brazilian Butt lift) if you do not have fat (rare), implants can be used. Choosing the right size  and shape of implant is critical. Putting the implant under the muscle is superior becuase it gives better protection of the implant, less seroma incidence, less displacement of implant.
