Butt Implant - Swollen Cheek After 6 Years. Can It Be Drained? Antibiotic Pump?

This now swollen cheek had to have the implant put in 2x. Slipped out of place the first time. 2nd time OK. Noticed it getting larger about 2 months ago and now is definitely larger and it is uncomfortable & tight. Any idea what happened? How do I get this drained and get an antibiotic pac? Does the implant have to be removed? Still symmetric to the other one just larger and sore.
