Progressive changes of the buttocks through the years. What to do?

The buttocks, like other parts of the body, can undergo changes over the years. Exercise doesn't really have much effect. You need to be examined by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with experience in buttock enhancement to determine what, if anything, can or should be done to improve the appearnce of the buttocks. Good luck!

Buttock implant

Working out is good but unlikely to correct or enlarge a butt.Fat injections if extra fat is present in other areas of the body or otherwise an implant would help a lot.Pictures would be helpful
