I had braces for three years and had them taken off two years ago. I wore my retainer as told and my teeth looked perfect and straight. I stopped wearing my retainer about 8 months ago and had no problems. Last week I put my retainer on as I was worried my teeth may move over time. Now some of my teeth at the bottom have moved slightly out of place! They were perfect before I put the retainer on last week. Should I start to wear the retainer again or should I just leave it and throw them out?

This process definitely should not have anywhere near this long. I have dealt with much more severe cases in the past (trust me, they were much much worse than yours) that have taken nearly half the time you have had yours on. It is time to get a second opinion.
EVERYONES face is asymmetric...just some people are more than others!from experience I KNOW that you notice this more than other people!Unfortunately, only surgery can fix your problem...think long and hard about doing this
My question is "Who is denying you braces?". I can't really imagine that an orthodontist would turn you away. Your case may require more than just using a retainer or Invisalign. You may need to finish off with some veneers after your teeth have been moved. I would get a second opinion from...
