Tear Fall During 30% TCA Peel Stained Cheeks With Red Streaks, Is This Permanent?

I recently had a 30% TCA peel 3 weeks ago. Because of the extreme pain I felt during the application of the peel, my tears fell on my cheek (the brown marks are where my tears fell) and couldn't stop my eyes from tearing up during the procedure. My whole face frosted immediately after the application but the streak marks looked immediately red!!! Im so scared that they're permanent. Would another TCA peel be the next best move or are there other creams that would reverse them? Thanks in advance.
