I had one session of V Beam laser 2 months ago for stretch mark treatment on my thighs and buttocks which resulted in awful looking burns and bruises. They're not fading at all. Can these burns be treated and how?

While alcohol consumption may aggravate and cause dilated blood vessels, it is usually the results of long-term alcohol use. It is highly unlikely that you caused any permanent damage or that you ruined the effectiveness of your V-Beam treatments from one night of alcohol consumption.
