Will Burning Get Rid of the Tiny Bumps Under the Eyes?

I have tiny bumps underneath both of my eyes, skin colored and raised. What can I do? One dermatologist told me he could burn them or zap them off. Will this work? Will they come back?

Tiny bumps under the eyelid skin are a tough problem

These can be milia, or xanthelasma. Burning the milia (small tiny whitehead like lesions) will work but can leave marks at times. The best treatment is to use a needle to individually open each one and remove the cheese ball like material. For Xanthelasma (yellow fatty deposits) you have to cut them out and stitch the skin back together. Regards
