Burn scars can only be improved by surgical options

Photos would be extremely helpful in providing you with useful advice. Nevertheless, given the nature of your injury and expected physical consequences, there will be nothing short of surgery that will physically improve your scars. For ideas on the possibilities for real improvement of areas, you should consider being evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in burn scars.
