Effective Scar Removal Treatments for Skin Grafting Scars?

I was accidentally burnt when i was 9 years old, and I had to undergo skin grafting, which left scars. Now, I want to remove these scars permanently. What are some effective treatments to achieve that? I am now 21 years old, female, 165 cms tall, and weighting 49kgs.
