What Could These Bumps Be?

I have these pimple like bumps on my thighs and buttocks. Im a 30 yr old male. Idk what it could be. When i pop them puss comes out and they grow triple in size. Really would like to knw. Wht is it and wht caused it and wht r some treatments. Thanx

Bumps of thighs and buttock

You may have folliculitis, which is when a hair folllicle becomes infected with bacteria. This can happen if you sweat alot ie during exercise. You should see a dermatologist to see if you need a topical or oral antibiotic.
