Bumps Under Eye and Dark Pigmentation Under One Eye. Caused By Fillers? (photo)

Can fillers under the eye cause syringnoma? I have small bumps under my eyes but not sure if they are syringnoma because they look much smaller than almost all pics on the internet. Could the bumps have been caused by getting fillers? Does the fillers block the sweat glands? Also I have a dark pigment discoloration under one eye that has not went away for about 8 months or better curious what it could be. Thanks
