Causes of Little Bumps Around Mouth After ProFractional Laser?

I had my 2nd ProFractional Laser Treatment 10 days ago but about a week after the treatment I noticed little bumps, they don't inflame or hurt...they are just little bumps no white head or nothing but just itch some time, around my mouth and chin area. I am not sure if the treatment caused this. Just a little extra detail. I used coconut oil for about a week after the treatment. Coconut oil seems to work just fine for my face. Then I switch back to my obagi nuderm.
