Bumps All over Forehead. Picked At Scabs. What Can I Do?

A couple of years ago I got a full fringe.This lead me to get severe breakouts on my forehead and I ended up picking my spot which turned into scabs relentlessly due to stress, boredom etc. Anyway I stopped picking my skin and cleanse it regulalry I even went to my gp who prescribed me this liquid formula to help get rid of the stubborn acne on my forehead but nothings helped. It is so bumpy and uneven I even have some hyperpigmentation and scarring but these bumps bring me down the most -thanks
