My right top and bottom second molars are both in need of a root canal, but my insurance only covers extraction. Since they are the furthest back molars (I've had my wisdom teeth extracted) and they are opposing each other would having both of them removed be an acceptable alternative to a double root canal? Is it likely that I would someday want to have implants put it when I can afford them? Thanks!
