How Will I Buckle my Belt Lipectomy?

Where and how should a belt lipectomy be buckled if you have posterior pelvic tilt/lordosis and front upper thigh prominence? I used to have shared energy but now unharnessed torque rules from across pelvic slope to femoral neck and leg cut off at the pass so to speak. Very painful and awkward. I can't believe this has happened to me in this century. I needed all the stuff I lost in the translation. Nothing curves over anything.
