Buccal Fat or Meso? (photo)

One side of cheek is fuller, after a few session of mesotherapy, it has improved considerably. But was wondering if smart lipo is more effective in removing fat cells. Ive read meso does not remove fat cells. Ive notice after meals, the right side of the cheek puffs up a little. And slims down after exercise or the morning after a night of light dinner. Im also thinkin of buccal fat removal on just the fatter side but unsure as many have said it will result in a gnaut look? Thanks
