Hello doctor, three years ago I developed bruxism due to a really high stress. I always had a really rounded face , ( with quite a lot of nice fat). My face lost a lot of volume ( fat) and I look quite different now. Could bruxism make my face sunk? I just buyed a splint for my teeth . Will my face get fat again? Thank you doctor, and sorry for my English I´m writting from Spain. Eva Gómez Santé

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry...
I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion...
Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
