I had pdl on a flat red mark between my eyebrows. After the treatment the bruise was beside the scar and the scar itself appears to be untouched? Is it possible the bruise came beside the treated area or did the doc not treat the right part of my face?!

+1

Bruising around a treated scar is expected and does not represent an unwanted reaction.

Bruising around a scar generally represents dilated capillaries around the scar reacting with the laser, which is a good sign. This will gradually result in the scar becoming softer and blending with the surrounding skin. This whole process however generally requires a series of treatments and several months to see results
