Bruises and Lumps Normal 7 Months After Slimlipo?

My dr keep saying that is normal, but i cant believe!! My bellybuton area are darker like bruised, 2 inches all around... It seems like a birth mark... (i never had it before) Should this discoloration be in my belly forever? How about the lumps? Everytime when i eat or drink a glass of water my belly gets huge and soooo hard, and you can actually see and fell the lumps. Are this things normal? Really???
