Brown spots and lasers

Laser and intense pulsed light therapy is probably best for brown spots. They may fade substantially but I caution against expecting complete erasure of skin blemishes. IPL for brown spots and wrinkles of the chest

I think your best bet would be Intense Pulsed Light photorejuvenation.  Certainly this is the best treatment for brown spots.  I find that after a series of 3-5 treatments on the chest, the texture of the skin improves as well as the color.  It is also a reasonably priced procedure with a great safety record.   Hope that helps!
