Brown Spot After a Cut? (photo)

A year ago I cut my leg with a razor, fortunately it didn't leave a scar but in its place appeared a brown mark. I have tried many skin lightening creams, but with no results. Are there any possibilities that this brown spot will fade ? I heard bout laser treatments but I am not sure about it.

Brown discoloration from scars

In my practice, I would recommend Melaquin AM and Melaquin PM, followed by several MelaPeel treatments to improve the color of the scar.
