Browlift and blepharoplasty in a male

Jeffrey E. Schreiber, MD answers: Am I a good candidate for Brow lift and Blepharoplasty?

My eyebrows droop inwards too much, and I always have to lift the inner area up to stop the heavy feeling from my forehead and to keep from having an angry looking expression (which has caused deep forehead wrinkles). My upper eyelids always look a little puffy no matter how much I sleep.

Would a brow lift combined with eyelid surgery be the right procedures to fix the problem, or is there anything else you would recommend me to do? Attached is a picture of my normal, relaxed expression.

It appears as though your eyebrows are in a good position for a male.  If you lift your eyebrows, it may give you a surprised look and you may not be happy.  However, removing some of your upper eyelid skin may help to get rid of the tired look of your eyes and improve their appearance.
