Is It Possible to Get a Brow Lift to Eliminate Horizontal Forehead Wrinkles/crease, Without Necessarily Raising the Eyebrows?

27 yr old male. Born with "sad eyes" (heavy upper eyelid) constantly raise my eyebrows while conversating otherwise, I appear tired or angry. I have a deep forehead crease in the center that stretches across my entire forehead. Visable even when frontal muscles are at rest. 20+ yrs of unprotected sun exposure did not help me at all. Will not consider Botox or any type of injections. Any feed back would be appreciated. Thanks

My first suggestion would of course be Botox as it is the first and least drastic step to improving wrinkles. However, as you are not interested in fillers, a surgical solution to your problem is entirely possible. A brow lift can be done to fix your forehead without changing your eyebrows.

Sure this can be done with any number of brow lift techniques.  The brows do not have to be released and do not have to be lifted.  The muscle can be weakened to improve the lines.

Browlift for frontalis wrinkle improvement

Botox would be the first and most conservative treatment recommended. If patients did not want to proceed with Botox, a brow lift  through coronal approach and a conservative softening of the frontalis muscle can be performed to soften these wrinkles. Also important to address low eyebrows, if present.  If dermal atrophy is present, small fascia grafts can be inserted between the muscle and the skin for improvement. Please see link below for examples.
