Is medical grade silicone safe for being injected into butt?

Asked By:Rachel Brooklyn in Buffalo, New York

I hade a BBL 2 years ago. I've always been small but I had about 10 lbs extra and always wanted a bigger bum. I loved the results however they were not long lasting. I exercise and eat well and when I lost a few lbs my butt got small again. I want to know the truth about silicone injections. Extremely skinny celebrities (like Kylie Jenner) seem to have growing bums, and its clearly not implants and cannot possibly be fat because she's thin to begin with. What are these girls doing??
