How *when Broke* to Remedy "Aggressive-resectioning",collapsed Valve,&bone Cut when Surgeon Not Interested in Fixing His Damage?  Please no "find board certified surgeon" answers, i was screwed up by one.He opted to play the "in my head" card in response to results & new problems post-op, while many other ent/surgeons lie saying my now worse deviated nose isn't "that bad" not wanting to touch it, and the one's who tell me straight say the bad work is gonna be alot of money to repair, and won't fix it without being fed the fee$ first. My appearance & life-quality is expotentially effected, what am i supposed to do?!

This is obviously an unpleasant situation for you and I can feel your frustration. If the original surgeon is not interested or willing to perform a revision for you then it is very wise to seek an opinion from someone who does specifically specialize in or has a great deal of comfort in revision rhinoplasty.
