So yesterday morning I woke up on my back and stretched my arms upward, accidentally letting my hand thumb and index finger facing fall on the bottom half of my nose. As soon as my hand made contact I quickly moved. My nose didn't really look swollen or anything and my nose wasn't bleeding so I was wondering if this is something I should be concerned about or was the contact made not enough force to do some serious damage so soon after? Also how would I know for sure if I moved the bones around?

Release of depressor muscle will solve your problen of droopy tip during smile. Along with tip sharpening and little elevation of tip with columelar strut will make your nose very good
You probably have not affected the size of your nose. It is possible that the pressure from the palm of your hand has caused a temporary inflammation of the nasal dorsum and therefore, the area looks bigger than usual. You did not cause the dorsal hump to grow.
Arnica may help but I recommend you ask your surgeon if gel is suitable for you. Generally, taking arnica orally tends to be more effective than when topically applied.
